Blueberry marmalade

Homemade blueberry marmalade is simple to make and heavenly to eat. Blueberry marmalade is perfect on freshly baked scones. It's the taste of summer stored in a pot.

Ingredients

1 kg blueberries
750 g Dansukker Jam Sugar
100 ml freshly squeezed lime juice (about 2 limes)
zest of 1 lime

Alternative flavourings
12-15 g liquorice powder
5 g Dansukker Vanilla Sugar

Instructions

Rinse and pick over the blueberries and put them in a saucepan with the jam sugar, lime juice and lime zest. If desired, add a flavouring of your choice.

Simmer for about 5 minutes.

Skim off any scum. Pour into warm, thoroughly cleaned jars. Seal and store in a cool place.
