  • 1 kg blackberries
  • 1/2 kg Dansukker Jam Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water

Optional flavouring

  • 100 g Dansukker Dark Muscovado Sugar

Rinse and pick over the blackberries.

Put them in a saucepan with jam sugar and water. Add the dark muscovado sugar if you like. Boil for 5-7 minutes.

Remove from the heat and carefully skim off any scum. Pour the marmalade into warm, sterilised jars. Seal tightly. Store in a cool place.
