Ingredients

1/2 litre water
3 Roiboos tea bags
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves
Juice of 2 oranges
1/4 litre red wine
3 tbsp Dansukker Dark Muscovado Sugar

Instructions

Boil the water. Add the tea bags, cinnamon stick and star anise. Allow to stand for 10 minutes. Strain the spices and remove the tea bags. Put the spiced tea back in the pan and add the orange juice, red wine and sugar and re-heat. Drink piping hot.
