40 ml mulled white wine
20 ml light rum, optional
30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
20 ml Dansukker White Syrup
1 egg white
Measure out the mulled wine, lemon juice, syrup, egg white and the rum, if used, into a shaker. Shake the drink. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until the drink is ice cold.
Strain the drink into a glass of your choice and decorate with a slice of dried citrus fruit and star anise, for example.
