Ingredients

  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • Juice and grated peel of 1 lemon, preferably organic
  • 700 g Dansukker Jam Sugar

Blanch and peel the tomatoes. Remove the stems. Chop the tomatoes.

Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 7-10 minutes while stirring.

Take the pan off the heat. Skim thoroughly. Pour into warm, thoroughly cleaned jars. Seal. Store in a cool place.
