Spiced lingonberry jam

Ingredients

500 ml red wine
1 star anise
6 cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
500 g lingonberries
500 g Dansukker Jam Sugar

Instructions

Boil the red wine with the spices for 10 minutes. Remove the spices, add the lingonberries and boil for 5 minutes. Add the jam sugar and boil for another 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and skim off any scum. Pour into warm, sterilised jars. Seal. Store in a cool place.
