Ingredients
13 g Dansukker Granulated Sugar
3.5 g salt flakes
2 g ground black pepper
7 g onion powder
7 g garlic powder
1.5 g ground cinnamon
1 g ground nutmeg
1 g dried, crumbled marjoram
1 g dried, crumbled oregano
1 g dried, crumbled thyme
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a jar. Massage the rub into the fish 15 minutes before grilling.
