3 tbsp Dansukker Granulated Sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
Ice cubes, crushed
1 dl concentrated elderflower cordial
1 l mineral water
Combine the citrus juices and sugar in a jug and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the crushed ice and top up with the mineral water. Serve immediately. Also good served warm, or as an alcohol-free “dessert wine”.
