35 g Dansukker Dry Brown Sugar
18 g potato starch
5 g Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
120 g muesli or granola
75 ml Dansukker Light Syrup
50 g butter
Quick vanilla sauce
2 egg yolks
25 g Dansukker Granulated Sugar
10 g Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
200 ml whipping cream
Instructions
Heat the oven to 200°C on the top and bottom heat setting. Mix the berries with the soft brown sugar, potato flour and vanilla sugar and put the mixture in a baking tin. Mix the muesli with the syrup and sprinkle evenly over the berries. Grate the butter and spread it over the pie. Bake in the centre of the oven for about 10 minutes until it is golden-brown.
Meanwhile, make the vanilla sauce. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Whip the cream until it is stiff and carefully fold the beaten egg into the cream.
