Lime marmalade

A tangy, slightly bitter marmalade.

  • 3 limes
  • 5 dl water
  • 7 dl Dansukker Jam Sugar

Wash the fruit thoroughly. Chop the fruit into small pieces, including the skin, by hand or in a food processor. Put the chopped fruit and water into a saucepan and boil for 20 minutes. Add the jam sugar and boil for 2 minutes.

Skim off any scum. Pour into warm, sterilised jars. Seal. Store in a cool place.
