  • 800 g kiwi (500 g after peeling)
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 300 g Dansukker Jam Sugar

Peel and finely chop the kiwi.

Place in a saucepan with the lemon juice and jam sugar.

Boil for 7-8 minutes. Skim well.

Pour into heated, thoroughly cleaned jars. Seal. Store in a cool, dark place.
