1 ripe mango
1 dl Dansukker Glucose Syrup
5 dl mango juice (Rubicon)


Ice cubes
2 dl berries e.g. blueberries or raspberries
Fresh mint 

Peel the mango and cut the flesh into smaller pieces. Mix the mango flesh with the syrup and juice. Put the soup in the refrigerator to chill completely. Place ice cubes in individual bowls and pour the soup over. Decorate with berries and fresh mint.
