400 g fresh or frozen berries (e.g. blueberries) 200 ml crème fraiche 90 g Dansukker Cane Sugar
1. Set the oven at 250°C.
2. Distribute the berries into 4 individual ovenproof tins. Distribute the crème fraiche over the berries. Sprinkle the cane sugar on top. Gratinate for 10-15 minutes.
