Ingredients
420 g Dansukker Light Syrup
75 g fresh ginger
Instructions
Peel and dice the ginger. Put the syrup and ginger in a saucepan. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow it to cool. Strain the syrup and discard the ginger. Pour into a bottle. Seal. Store in a cool place.
