Juice of ½ lemon or lime
2 tbsp Dansukker Organic Icing Sugar
3 dl natural yoghurt
1 dl milk
Cut the avocado flesh into large pieces, and mix well with the lemon or lime, icing sugar, yoghurt and milk. Serve the cream of avocado in bowls and eat with a spoon for breakfast or brunch, or serve in glasses as a snack. If you prefer to drink the cream of avocado with straws, you can use a little less yoghurt and a little more milk.
