  • 500 ml very strong coffee, e.g. espresso
  • 1 tsp grated zest of an organic orange
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 200 ml vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsp Dansukker Light Syrup

Mix the hot coffee with the orange zest and cinnamon. Divide between four glasses. Add a dollop of ice cream to each glass and pour over the syrup. Serve immediately.
