Ingredients
2 pears
150 ml Dansukker Light Syrup
90 ml fine-ground coffee
2 g ground cardamom
2 g ground coriander
800 ml water
8 cl Gammel Dansk Bitters liqueur
100 ml whipping cream
30 ml Dansukker Light Syrup
Instructions
Peel, halve and core the pears. Chop them into 1 x 1 cm cubes. Mix the pears and syrup in a saucepan and boil until the pears are soft. Divide between four glasses. Place the coffee and spices in a coffee filter, or a cafetière, and make the coffee. Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Pour 20 cl Gammel Dansk Bitter into each glass and add the coffee. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with the syrup.
