100 g butter
150 ml Dansukker Chocolate flavoured Icing Sugar
300 ml porridge oats
2-3 tbsp strong, cold coffee
To decorate
Dansukker Nib Sugar or desiccated coconut
Beat the butter with the icing sugar until fluffy. Add the oats and coffee. Shape into balls and roll them in nib sugar or desiccated coconut. Store in the fridge.
