Ingredients

500 g almond paste
2 egg whites
Yellow and/or green food colouring
1 dl Dansukker Organic Cane Sugar Fairtrade

Instructions

Grate the almond paste finely and mix with the egg whites. Divide the mixture into two pieces. Use the food colouring to colour one yellow and the other green. Pipe mounds onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle the sugar over the biscuits. Bake in the centre of the oven at 200°C (fan oven 175°C) for about 8 minutes. Leave to cool on the baking tray.
