Ingredients
500 g cocktail tomatoes
2 small red onions
1-2 small red chillies
2 organic oranges
75 g Dansukker Brown Sugar
100 ml vinegar
Oil
Instructions
Rinse and cut up the tomatoes. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Chop the chilli very finely.
Rinse the oranges carefully. Grate the rind and squeeze the juice from the oranges.
Brown the onion, chilli and grated orange in a little oil. Add the remaining ingredients and leave the mixture to boil for 30-40 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat. Pour the chutney into a warm, thoroughly cleaned jar. Seal. Store in a cool place in the fridge.
