Sweet redcurrant and gooseberry jam

Ingredients

  • 1 kg berries
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 kg Dansukker Granulated Sugar

Rinse the berries, remove stalks, bring to boil. Skim off any scum. Simmer for 20-30 minutes until mixture makes a smooth paste. Pour into warm, sterilised jars. Store in a cool place.
