Ingredients
200 g almonds
2 dl Dansukker Icing Sugar
1 dl Organic Cane Sugar Fairtrade
1 egg white
Instructions
Blanch and peel the almonds. Mix the icing and cane sugars in a bowl. Put the egg white in a separate bowl and break it up with a fork. Dip the almonds first in the egg white, then in the sugar mixture. Put the coated almonds on a parchment-lined baking sheet and toast them in the oven at 150°C for about 35 minutes. Turn off the oven. Leave the almonds inside until completely cooled.
