Ingredients

175 g butter or margarine
180 g Dansukker Granulated sugar
3 eggs
300 g wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
3 tbsp milk or water

For the baking tin
butter or margarine
90g Dansukker Granulated sugar

Instructions

Grease the baking tin and sprinkle in the sugar. Stir the butter/margarine and the sugar until light and airy. Add the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar and fold into the batter alternately with the milk/water. Pour the batter into the greased baking tin and bake the sponge cake at 175°C for approx. 45 minutes.
