2 dl Dansukker Granulated Sugar
1/2 dl Dansukker Light Syrup
100 g butter or margarine
3 tbsp plain flour
1 dl sesame seeds
200 g praline paste (Odense Nougat)
Combine the sugar, syrup, butter/margarine and flour in a saucepan and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in the sesame seeds. Spread the mixture on a greased sheet of greaseproof paper into a rectangle measuring roughly 20 x 30 cm. Using a cheese slicer, cover the warm mixture with thin slices of nougat. Leave to set. Cut into pieces.
