700 ml whipping cream
200 ml concentrated elderflower cordial
200 g Dansukker Jelly Sugar Multi
50 ml finely chopped mint
500 g berries, e.g. redcurrants
Put the cream, cordial, jelly sugar and mint in a saucepan and boil for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture into a ring pan moistened with water inside. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until serving. Turn out the panna cotta onto a serving plate and decorate with berries.
