40 g Dansukker Dark Muscovado Sugar
1/2 dl dark balsamic vinegar
1/2 dl oil
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh oregano
1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1 tsp salt

Mix together all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl. Put the meat in double freezer bags and pour in the marinade. Shake the bag so that the meat is coated with marinade. Refrigerate for a couple of hours. Shake the bag occasionally while the meat is marinating. The marinade is enough for about 1 1/2 kg of meat.
