Ingredients
200 g dried apricots
1 kg pumpkin flesh
3 dl orange juice
1 kg Dansukker Jam Sugar
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
1/2 dl whisky
Instructions
Soak the apricots in water overnight. Chop the apricots into small pieces. Coarsely grate the pumpkin. Put the chopped apricots, pumpkin and orange juice in a saucepan, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the jam sugar and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla sugar and whisky. Skim off any scum. Pour into warm, sterilised jars. Seal. Store in a cool place.
