Ice creams on a stick without an ice cream maker! Flavour these homemade ice creams with your favourite berries.

Ingredients

Ice cream 
400 ml whipping cream
200 ml sweetened condensed milk
60 g Dansukker Glucose Syrup
10 g Dansukker Vanilla Sugar 

Berry ripple 
200 g berries of your choice
40 g Dansukker Jam Sugar 
10 ml lemon juic

Instructions

Start with the berry ripple: Cook the berries with the jam sugar and lemon juice until they are soft. Mash or strain the berries and put the berry ripple on one side to cool.

Whip the cream. Stir the condensed milk and glucose syrup into the cream.

Quickly stir the berry ripple into the cream mixture and pour into ice cream moulds. Insert the ice cream sticks and put the ice creams in the freezer for about 5 hours.

Take the ice creams out of the freezer a few minutes before serving, then remove them from the moulds. Enjoy!
