Gooseberry, kiwi and grape jam

Delicious jam with sour touches of gooseberries, kiwi and grapes, the perfect jam. Enjoy the jam with a tray of cheese!

Ingredients

300 g green gooseberries
300 g kiwi
300 g green grapes
50 ml water
50 ml lime juice
600 g Dansukker Jam Sugar

Instructions

Rinse and top and tail the gooseberries. Peel and chop the kiwi and banana. Rinse, halve and deseed the grapes.

Combine all the fruit, water and lime juice in a saucepan and simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes. Add the jam sugar and boil for a further 6–8 minutes.

Carefully skim off any foam. Pour into warm, thoroughly cleaned jars. Seal. Store in a cool place.
