Muffins, muffins recipe
Frosting
300 g Philadelphia cream cheese, natural
1 dl Dansukker Icing Sugar
2 tbsp Dansukker Glucose Syrup
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
To decorate
200 g desiccated coconut
12 whole almonds
Sweets
Instructions
Make the muffins according to the recipe above. Allow to cool and remove the cake cases.
Mix together all the ingredients for the frosting. Lightly toast the coconut in a dry frying pan.
Spread the top and sides of the muffins with the frosting. Roll them in the coconut to cover completely.
Use an almond to make a beak and use sweets to make eyes, a comb and feet.
