Ingredients
50 g butter
110 g Dansukker Granulated Sugar
60 g Dansukker Light Syrup
2 eggs
200 g desiccated coconut
60 g lightly roasted pistachios
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Melt the butter and leave it to cool. Beat the sugar, syrup and eggs together in a bowl and add the desiccated coconut and butter. Chop the pistachios and stir them in.
Let the batter swell for about 10 minutes. Shape the batter into 20 peaks with your hands or two spoons. Put the peaks on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment. Bake on the middle shelf in the oven for 16-18 minutes.
