Ingredients

1 Christmas ham
whole cloves
Dansukker Granulated Brown Sugar

Instructions

Cook the ham according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oven to 200 °C. Remove the rind from the ham, but let the fat remain. Cut small crosses in the fat and squeeze a whole clove into the centre of each cross. Rub in as much brown sugar as possible. Grill the ham in the oven for approx. 15 minutes. Allow the brown sugar to melt and caramellise.

Serve with hot mustard and also boiled parsnips in white sauce if possible.
