Ingredients
2 eggs
3/4 dl Dansukker Icing Sugar
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
1/2 dl Dansukker Glucose Syrup
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 dl whipping cream
Sauce
1 dl Dansukker Glucose Syrup
1 dl apple juice concentrate
1 dl water
1-2 apples
Instructions
Beat the eggs with the icing sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Add the glucose syrup and cinnamon. Whip the cream until stiff in a separate bowl. Fold the cream into the egg mixture. Pour the mixture into a dish and place it in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
Bring the glucose syrup, juice concentrate and water to the boil. Peel the apples and dice them finely. Stir the diced apple into the warm sauce. Serve the sauce lukewarm with the parfait.
