Ingredients

1 dl coarsely chopped hazelnuts
1 1/2 dl dried figs, chopped
1 dl raisins
1 dl dried apricots, chopped
2 ½ dl plain flour
2 dl rye flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp Dansukker Bread Baking Syrup
2 tbsp oil
2 dl milk

Instructions

Mix the nuts, figs, raisins and apricots with the dry ingredients. Add the syrup, oil and milk and work into a soft dough. Shape the dough into two rounds measuring about 15 cm across. Place the rounds on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cut a cross in the top of each round, dividing it into four segments. Bake at the centre of the oven at 225°C for approx. 12 minutes. Leave to cool slightly before serving.
