1 dl plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 dl porridge oats
1 dl desiccated coconut
3/4 dl dried apricots, finely chopped
3/4 dl chopped walnuts
1/2 dl butter or margarine, softened

Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Add the butter or margarine, syrup, and water and work into a soft dough.
