Ingredients
500 ml whipping cream
100 g Dansukker Dark Muscovado Sugar
25 g cocoa powder
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
3 sheets of gelatine
Sauce
125 g cherries
100 ml Dansukker Light Syrup
50 g Dansukker Cane Sugar Granulated
1 cinnamon stick
3 allspice corns
3 cloves
Instructions
Soak the sheets of gelatine in plenty of water. Combine the cream, sugar, cocoa and vanilla sugar in a pan and bring to the boil. Add the gelatine sheets. Pour into four cups or individual moulds. Refrigerate. Put the syrup and cane sugar into a pan and add the spices. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove the spices. Add the cherries and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve the puddings with the cherry sauce.
