Ingredients

180 g Dansukker Granulated Sugar
60 g cocoa
200 ml milk
150 g butter or margarine
2 eggs
180 g wheat flour
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Mix 100 ml sugar with the cocoa and milk in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to the boil and allow to cool.

Stir the butter/margarine and the rest of the sugar together. Add the eggs one at a time. Add the cooled milk mixture. Mix the flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder, then fold into the mixture. Pour the mixture into a greased, floured baking tin. Bake in the bottom of the oven at 175 °C for approx. 1 hour. Let the Chocolate cake stand in the baking tin for 10 minutes before turning it out.
