Ingredients
600 g feta cheese (or similar)
125 g mixture of greens
30 g cedar nuts
50 g rye croutons
250 g fresh berries
5 g butter
Instructions
Raspberry Marmalade
160 g fresh raspberries
100 g peeled apples
100 g Dansukker Light Syrup
80 g water
Put everything in a saucepan, simmer until thickened, and strain.
Sauce
80 g of olive oil
1 bunch fresh basil
Salt
Separate basil leaves from stalks, add a little salt, olive oil, and grind in a blender.
