Cereal pancakes, or pancake flakes, are trendy mini pancakes that taste great with milk, jam, syrup or fresh berries.

Ingredients

25 g Dansukker Granulated Sugar
140 g plain flour
5 g baking powder
1 egg
100 ml milk
1 pinch of salt
Butter for frying

To serve
Dansukker Light Syrup

Instructions

Combine the sugar, flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add the eggs, milk and salt. Whisk into a smooth mixture.

Pour the batter into a bowl with a pouring spout or a plastic bottle, for example an empty syrup bottle that you can squeeze little dots out of.

Melt some butter in a frying pan and fry the pancakes on both sides. Enjoy!
