Ingredients

  • 1000 g blackberries
  • 300 ml water
  • 375 g Dansukker Dark Muscovado Sugar

Bring the water to the boil and add the berries. Cover with a lid and leave to boil for about 10 minutes.
Mash the berries against the sides of the pan. Strain and then add the Muscovado sugar.
Bring to the boil again for a few minutes. Pour into clean bottles and keep cool.
