Berry daiquiri

Berry daiquiri is a luxury drink to serve in the summer. Serve ice cold with berry ice cubes, rum, bubble water and mint or lemon balm on top!

Ingredients

Berry ice cubes
200 g berries (100 g purée)
70 ml water
40 g Dansukker Granulated Sugar

Berry daiquiri
1 tray of berry ice cubes
200 ml carbonated water
100 ml light rum, any
Mint or lemon balm

Instructions

Bring the berry purée to the boil together with the other ingredients.

Stir until the sugar crystals are dissolved. Leave to cool and then pour the liquid into the ice cube tray. Freeze for at least 3 hours.

Liquidise all the ingredients in a blender until the ice cubes are crushed. If you do not have a blender, crush the ice cubes with a pestle together with the other ingredients.

Pour into two glasses. If you like, decorate with mint or lemon balm.
