Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 500 g)
4 tbsp Dansukker Dark Muscovado Sugar
2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp white miso paste
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp light soy sauce
1 garlic clove, chopped

Instructions

Mix the muscovado sugar, mustard, miso paste, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic in a bowl. Add the salmon fillets and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Place the salmon in an oven-proof dish and cook in the oven at 200 °C for about 10 minutes. You can also grill the salmon, but remember to remove superfluous glaze from the fish before grilling.
