5-minute toffee

Quick and easy toffee that can be cooked in only 5 minutes – perfect when you have unexpected visitors at Christmas!

Ingredients

170 g Dansukker Granulated Sugar 
140 g Dansukker Light Syrup 
100 g butter 
3 g Dansukker Vanilla Sugar 
1 pinch of salt 

Garnish
chocolate 
flaked salt

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a heavy-based saucepan. Let cook slowly for 5 min, stirring occasionally. 

Pour onto a cold tray lined with baking paper. Let the caramel harden. Cut or break the toffee into pieces.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and dip a small piece of the caramel into the chocolate. Sprinkle with flake salt.
