Yoghurt dessert with red wine coulis and berries

Ingredients

1 l natural low-fat yoghurt
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
25 ml Dansukker Superfine Sugar
100 ml double cream (can be omitted)
250 ml berries or fruits of your choice
100 ml red wine
100 ml Dansukker Light Syrup

Instructions

Let the yoghurt drip through a coffee filter overnight. Mix the yoghurt with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream and turn into the mixture. Place the mixture onto 4 plates. Distribute the berries around the edge of the plates.

Mix the wine and syrup, boil until reduced by half. Pour carefully over the berries and yoghurt just before serving.
