2 oranges
1 small banana
70 g Dansukker Light Syrup
200 ml skimmed milk or low-fat yoghurt

Peel the fruits and remove any pips from the oranges. Blend the fruits with syrup and yoghurt until the mixture is smooth.

Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
