Ingredients
700 ml dry white wine
120 g Dansukker Superfine Sugar
2 pieces of dried ginger
2 pieces dried Seville orange peel
1 stick cinnamon
100 ml gin (can be omitted or substituted)
Instructions
Mix the wine, sugar, ginger, bitter orange peel and cinnamon and leave to simmer for 5 minutes. Add the gin. Serve.
