3-4 tomatoes, diced
1 dl leek, finely shredded
1/2 dl chopped flat leaf parsley
1-2 garlic cloves, grated
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp rapeseed oil
1 tsp Dansukker SteviaSugar
Pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for an hour to bring out the flavours. Serve with roast or grilled meat, fish etc.
