1 kg sweet briar fruits
2 cups water
1 kg Dansukker Granulated sugar
2 l bilberries
1 pack (330 g) Dansukker Jam Sugar "1 +3"
Wash, cut into halves and clean sweet briar fruits. Put in a saucepan, add water and simmer until soft. Mash the mass (e.g. with a blender), add sugar and bring to boil at high heat.
Wash bilberries, add jam sugar and boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Layer both mixtures in warm, sterilised jars, seal and store in a cool place.
