4 large eggs
2 dl Dansukker SteviaSugar
1 dl plain flour
1 dl potato starch
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
Butter or margarine for greasing the dish
Breadcrumbs or semolina for the cake tin

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Fold the remaining ingredients into the egg whites. Pour the batter into a greased, crumbed tin. Bake in the lower part of the oven for about 30 minutes at 175 °C . Leave the cake in the cake tin for 5 minutes, then turn out onto a rack. For a chocolate cake, add 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder to the batter.
