Ingredients

100 g margarine
75 ml milk
150 ml Dansukker Cane Sugar
2 eggs
250 ml flour
2 dsp cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
2 dsp custard powder or 1 1/2 dsp potato starch mixed with 1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar

To decorate
Liquorice shoe laces
Candy-coated chocolate buttons

Instructions

Melt the margarine in a saucepan and add the milk. Heat the mixture without allowing it to boil

Lightly whisk the eggs and sugar.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and custard powder and add to the egg mixture a little at a time, alternating it with the milk mixture.

Pour the mixture into paper cases on a baking sheet or in a muffin pan. Bake at the centre of the oven at 225°C for about 12 minutes. Decorate the muffins after they have cooled.
